With this platform purpose-built for pediatric procedures, users can practice multiple interventions on one system, maintaining training continuity while improving the cost-effectiveness of equipment investment.

DORA gives users a continuous pediatric workflow on a full baby form, rather than a single skill block. Adjustable heart rate, AoP and CVP drive both systemic and pulmonary circulation, so users can directly see and feel changes in flow and pressure. Combined with high-quality ultrasound imaging, realistic small-caliber vessels and muscle pads with human-like tissue feel, every step—from puncture and wire passage to cannulation—delivers feedback that is close to real clinical practice. The same model also supports chest compressions, making it easy for teams to rehearse access, cannulation and ongoing support in one coherent scenario.

DORA integrates the model, water tank and motor into a single all-in-one chassis, so there is no complex assembly between uses. Users simply fill the tank, power on and vent air—setup is typically under five minutes. A modular design allows muscle pads and pediatric vascular components to be swapped in just a few minutes, so the system can be reset quickly while only the truly consumed parts are replaced. The semi-transparent shell keeps flow paths and tubing reactions visible, allowing users to see the immediate impact of their actions in real time, rather than having to imagine what is happening inside.
